Designing for Every Voice: Building an Accessible Talking Form for Inclusive Interaction

In the evolving landscape of digital experiences, accessibility is no longer a feature, it's a foundation. As accessibility specialists, we are not just promoting accessible interfaces; we are shaping the way people interact with the world. With that in mind, I recently developed a talking form, that is an interactive, voice-enabled form designed to enhance accessibility for users with a range of impairments. This article explores the motivation, design considerations, and inclusive impact of this project, with focus on all users. The Vision: A Form That Speaks and Listens Forms are ubiquitous in digital applications, namely from signing up for services to submitting feedback.
